Changes
It's a hard thing to do, let your child (or friend, or family member, or anyone you care about) make life-changing decisions, but I've watched and learnt from a variety of life-sources, that the best thing you can do it go out and support them, regardless of how daft it might seem to you, their path in life might just be vastly different and way outside of your comfort zone and life-knowledge, but that support puts them in good stead and lets them know you care and they'll come back to you.

You don't gotta be scene...
When you try and enjoy something, you don't wanna be thinking about what you're wearing, or age, your background/ethnicity and all that nonsense... You just want to go out there and enjoy. This video https://www.facebook.com/dancingastronaut/videos/1002281746483444/ inspired me.
